Central Management
The role of the central management team is to translate the Board’s vision and the North West's local and regional priorities into a workable, practical model of business support.
This includes agreeing strategic priorities with key stakeholders, securing and managing funding, ensuring value-for-money and quality of support, and establishing and maintaining a partnership of effective delivery organisations.
The team also defines the service offer and continually trials both new approaches to service delivery and new variations of support services, ensuring that our offer continues to meet business needs and policy objectives.
It plays a key role in identifying good practice and disseminating it throughout the partnership, to ensure that everybody learns lessons and continually strives to improve along the way.
The central team also directly provides a range of services to support its delivery partners and the businesses they work with. These include our Green Intelligence e-bulletins, the ENWORKS Online Resource Efficiency Toolkit, our ENWORKS In a Box resource, and managing a bank of specialist external consultants.
